Group Runs

 ChiRunning Group Runs
 A series of weekly group runs in the Milwaukee area led by Instructor Tracy Bigari. 
These runs will provide an excellent opportunity to develop and refine your ChiRunning skills in a fun group environment with other ChiRunning students!

Wednesdays, 6:00-7:00pm

Prerequisites:  This series is recommended for runners who are comfortable with running at least 3 miles and who have either attended a ChiRunning workshop or who have read the ChiRunning book and/or seen the DVD.  (We will not get as in-depth with each focus as we do in the Essentials workshop, instead the goal will be to review the skill and then give you an opportunity to apply the skill in a longer running session than is allowed in the workshop format.)

Format: Each week’s run will begin with Tracy leading you through a 15-20 minute review of a ChiRunning focus.  That will be followed by a conversational pace 30-45 minute run to apply the form focus with an opportunity to get feedback and bounce questions off Tracy and other runners during the run.  Pricing:  = 7 runs for $60 or $10/run, Click to Register!
