“Tracy is an awesome teacher, caring, knowledgeable and a great listener! Her demonstrations and visuals were quite helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed this class, have been practicing and just have to remember…Gradual Progress! Thank you Tracy!!”
“A year and a half ago I decided to start running, but after
a couple of months I had to visit the foot doctor because of a very
uncomfortable pain in my right foot and both of my shins. The doctor said it was plantar fasciitis and shin splints. To that my husband said that I probably wasn’t meant to be a runner… but I wanted to be a runner so I kept doing it, I thought that it was normal to feel pain and that it was going to go away soon… but it didn’t. In August last year I ran my first halfmarathon, I finished it in 2:15 but I didn’t enjoy it as much as I was hoping
(I finished with really bad cramping and felt pain for 3 to 4 days after the race). I met Tracy trough a running group and she invited me to take a Chirunning workshop. I also read the Chi Running Book and started to pay very close attention to my running form. A month ago I ran my second half (I followed the Chi Running training plan) with a goal of 2 hours and surprised myself with a lovely 1.55 finish and most important, completely pain free and with a huge smile on my face! I’m
looking forward to my 3rd half marathon this following May.
Thanks Tracy for teaching me how to be a runner and prove to my husband that everybody can be a runner!”
Nilda S. “Tracy is an excellent instructor! She is extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable about ChiRunning. Within a few hours, she was able to greatly improve my form and put me on a clear path to healthier and more efficient running. I would highly recommend Tracy and the ChiRunning method to anyone who wants to run faster, longer, or just simply happier. Thanks Tracy!”
“Tracy has really helped me to become the runner I am today. I had knee pain but after practicing the techniques she provided I am feeling pain-free. Thanks, Tracy”

“You do a great job – your style is very approachable, patient and encouraging. You explained the technique very well – great at examples and putting it in words I could understand. The exercises helped reinforce the message… I hope to some day become one of your success stories…one step at a time!
“As a Clydesdale Triathlete, the pavement pounding from running really took a toll on my body. Tracy taught me how to improve my running posture and stride so that there is now less stress on my joints and muscles. This has allowed me to run farther and faster while reducing my recovery time. Thanks Tracy!”
